Our tiles are almost entirely hand-crafted — a painstaking process that makes each set truly unique:

• Step 1 — Cutting: Each of the 3 acrylic colors is cut by hand. For a full set of 160 tiles with 3 colors and 4 sides per tile, that's 1,920 precise cuts per set. The layers are then meticulously glued together by hand, one at a time.
• Step 2 — Polishing: Tiles are polished to smooth the edges, faces, and backs for a flawless finish.
• Step 3 — Engraving & Painting: While a machine engraves the designs and applies base paint, the fine details are hand-painted by skilled artisans.

Because of this hand-crafted process, you may notice subtle variations in your tiles — proof of the artistry that goes into every set. Your tile set is truly a unique work of art.
